When will I get my order?
It takes approximately 3–7 days to fulfill an order and an additional 3-4 business days to ship. Shipping time may vary based on your location.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

What are the shipping rates?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all economy orders.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please review your shipping confirmation email and confirm the delivery address is correct. If your delivery address is correct, send us an email with your order number at support@fadethepub.com so we may investigate. If your delivery address is incorrect, we can send a replacement order, but the shipping will be at your own cost. 

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper with locations worldwide. Your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can fulfill your order most efficiently.
